currently, I’m investing in DFW and Abilene Texas. Choose a zip code and mine that neighborhood only until you completely exhaust that area. Contact me and report what zip codes you choose so that we can work together with ease. We will follow each deal together until closing

I specialize in distressed real estate that is located in an established neighborhood. I am investing in Residential Housing, Multi-family (apartments) Below are categories that you can use to identify distressed leads:

Distressed Property Categories

  • Vacant homes
  • Probate (Family Death, Inherited homes)
  • Pre-foreclosure
  • Tired Landlords
  • Tax Delinquent
  • Empty Nesters ready to downsize
  • For Sale By Owner (FSBO)
  •  Price range: what am I willing to invest in when you find a deal?

Residential DFW: $300,000 or less

Residential Abilene: $100,000 or less

( When you hear about a deal ask the seller how much they are asking and if you believe it’s a good deal immediately text me with the address and we can work to find if we can close on it.)
